However, there are still many uncertainties related to the necessary competencies and skills for implementing circular procurement by both buyers and providers, as well as regarding how to optimize circular procurement processes.<\/p><p>Based on the acquired knowledge, we have developed several tools to facilitate the establishment of circular procurement procedures and the optimization of existing circular public procurement processes for all participants.
