The contracting authority can start the procedure with a decision on the initiation of the procedure, in which it indicates the source and volume of funds intended for the execution of the public contract. If the client does not accept the decision to start the procedure, before publishing the invitation to participate or sending the invitation to confirm interest or the invitation to negotiations, the source and amount of funds intended for the execution of the public contract must be documented in another appropriate way.<\/p><p>In practice, the decision is still used, it is a document documenting the source and extent of funds. This is important to be aware of at the beginning of the process.
