To this end, it ensures that it keeps sufficient documentation to justify decisions taken at all stages of the public procurement process, for example documentation on communication with economic entities and internal discussions, on the preparation of documentation related to the award of a public contract, any dialogue or negotiations and selection and awarding a public contract.
