Insight into the offers or correspondence related to the implementation thereof does not take place through the e-JN system. In each individual case, the client will decide how to enable the requester to view it. In accordance with the purpose of electronic public procurement, as a rule, it is not expedient for clients to print all the documentation and allow the applicant to view the offers in paper form. In order to carry out an electronic inspection, the client must definitely have a program that enables the concealment of data that is considered a business secret (and is marked as such in accordance with ZJN-3 or ZGD-1) as well as confidential and personal data (e.g. Adobe Acrobat professional), as the client must in any case ensure that information or data that constitutes a business secret or is personal or confidential information is adequately concealed in the documentation. In accordance with the above, it would be appropriate for the client to provide the requester with an electronic record of the requested information (in which business, personal and confidential data would be adequately covered). In certain cases, especially when the request relates only to certain information from the received tender documentation, it could also be appropriate for the client to send this to the applicant by e-mail.
