KrozRACI tool - Circular Procurement Responsibility Matrix

We have identified internal and external stakeholder groups, involved in circular public procurement.

External groups:

1. Suppliers;
2. external direct users;
3. external indirect users (for example: NGOs, schools, military, etc.).
4. Pioneers.

Internal groups:

1. internal direct users;
2. owners (public and private);
3. direct participants in the procurement process.

Accordingly, at the internal workshop, we identified in more detail the internal stakeholders in Group III among internal stakeholders, i.e. direct participants in the public procurement process.

Then we prepared the KrozRACI tool, for identifying responsibilities within public procurement processes. The tool can be used in each circular procurement procedure. The tool is prepared on the basis of the classic RACI matrix.
