Request for insight into bids

ZJN-3 in Article 35 stipulates that the contracting authority may not disclose information submitted to him by a business entity and marked as a business secret, as stipulated by the law governing commercial companies, unless this or another law provides otherwise. However, the customer must ensure the protection of data that, according to the provisions of the law governing the protection of personal data and the protection of confidential data, is considered personal or confidential data.

Regardless of the previous paragraph, the public data are the specifications of the goods, services or construction offered and the quantity from this specification, the price per unit, the value of each item and the total value from the offer, as well as all those data that influenced the classification of the offer under other criteria.

The customer must protect the names of the bidders and the submitted bids as a business secret until the deadline set for opening the bids.
