Publication of a public procurement notice

Publications according to ZJN-3

In accordance with the legislation, the Public Procurement Portal is used for the publication of notices, which is accessible on the website E-ordering. Keep in mind that it is a dynamic area, where innovations are also being prepared, e.g. renewal of forms or types of notices on the public procurement portal.

The subject of publications on the public procurement portal are all publications listed in the first paragraph of Article 52 of the ZJN-3, namely:

  1. preliminary or periodic information notice,
  2. notice on the establishment of the qualification system,
  3. notice of public procurement or project competition,
  4. voluntary notification for preliminary transparency,
  5. notification of the award of a public contract or an organized project competition,
  6. notification of additional information or correction,
  7. notice on the amendment of the public procurement contract during its validity period.

The above-mentioned notices are published no later than five days after the client has sent them for publication. A notice to be published in the Official Journal of the European Union must first be published in the Official Journal of the European Union. If the client does not receive a confirmation of publication in the Official Journal of the European Union within 48 hours after confirmation of receipt of the notification from the first paragraph of the previous article, the notification may be published on the public procurement portal before it is published in the Official Journal of the European Union. Before publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, a preliminary information notice and a periodic information notice may also be published on the public procurement portal, but after it has been sent for publication to the Publications Office of the European Union.
