Permissible bid supplements

If the information or documentation to be submitted by providers (business entities) is or appears to be incomplete or incorrect, or if individual documents are missing, the client may request that the business entities submit the missing documents within a reasonable period of time or complete, correct or clarify the relevant information, or documentation, provided that such a request is fully consistent with the principles of equal treatment and transparency. If the provider does not supplement or change the offer within the deadline set by the client, the client must exclude such an offer.
