The experience gained from previous circular public procurement enables, in addition to the evaluation of the effects, a comparison of past public procurement with the guidelines and currently valid standards in a certain area, the practice of DKOM, explanations and positions of the MJU; and analysis of feedback from previous suppliers, contractors as well as end users.
By identifying good practices, contracting authorities can incorporate them into the planning of new procurements, while understanding the impact of bad practices helps prevent or mitigate similar problems in future procurements. The suddenly objective post-evaluation of the order and the demonstrated positive effects of the good practice of circular public procurement based on them can also serve as arguments to convince superiors of a certain course of action in the next circular public procurement, as well as the relevance and effectiveness of circular public procurement for promoting circularity in society.
