Identification of needs and options verification

Identification of the needs is a process in which the subscriber clearly defines their requirements and needs, putting a special emphasis on circular and sustainable aspects. For the help with the latter one can refer to different contact points.

Many - usually free - content and also options for individual advice in Slovenia is offered by Ministry of Environment, Climate and Energy (project Care4climate). Also certain contacts associated with green public procurement can be useful (email: zejn.mope@gov.si).

Other organizations and info points that offer help at acquiring information about circular public ordering and sustainable approaches in Slovenia are:

• Innovative center for circular public procurement - Development center Novo mesto: www.novikrog.si, access to resources , information and examples of good practice on the topic of circular public procurement and announcement of events. At the center there are also contacts of the consultants for public procurement that advise organizations and provide help at public procurement.
• Strategic development and innovation partnership (SRIP) circular economy, access to information about circular economy and public procurement.
• Uniform point for sustainable and circular transformation Slovenian economy: EKT@spiritslovenia.si, advice and guidelines on sustainability and circular economy transformation.
