Analysis of existing public procurements

This step is interesting for both contracting authorities and providers. Slovenia has a public procurement portal as well as some other countries.

The step contains two substeps: identification of similar orders and their analysis.

The above can give us information, for example, about the given requests of the clients, about deadlines, questions that have arisen, prices, the number of providers that can be counted on in relation to previous public procurements, etc.

with the help of the advanced search function, we can check all of the above:

• client requirements (technical specifications, criteria, conditions, proofs...)
• deadlines for implementation/delivery
• provider questions
• responses from subscribers
• prices on the market
• number of bids and reasons for inadmissible bids

Goal: increasing the probability of a successful PP.
