Reflection on the publication of informative notice

Pursuant to Article 54 of ZJN-3, the contracting authority may announce its intention regarding the planned public procurement in the general area by publishing a preliminary information notice, and its intention regarding the planned public procurement in the infrastructure area by publishing a periodic information notice.

In the case of circular public procurement, the aforementioned also enables potential providers to be signaled about the orientation towards circular procurement or the expectation of the conditions that will be associated with it - so that clients can also adapt in time if necessary and if they are interested in participating.

The period to which this notice refers may be a maximum of 12 months from the date on which the notice was sent for publication.

In addition to the advantages associated with signaling commitment and the planned public circular procurement, there is also an advantage in efficiency, as the deadline for receiving offers can be shortened to 15 days.
