Collaboration with market actors

The expert dialogue can be used in many different ways, from the identification of areas of public procurement (example of the province of Zeeland, Annex 11a) to the recognition of real market possibilities and the modification of the goals and scope of the public procurement (example of the district of Smiltene in Latvia, Annex 11b) to the identification of possible solutions. We also add examples of the invitation and minutes of the professional dialogue.

In cases of very immature solutions, where a measure of innovation is required, Austria has provided, for example, an online platform for gathering innovative solutions (Austrian innovation gathering platform), which can also be a form of dialogue.
