Expert dialogue: Invitation and reporting

Expert dialogue can be used in many different ways, from the identification of public procurement areas (the example of the province of Zeeland) to the identification of real market opportunities and the differentiation of the goals and scope of the public procurement (the example of the Smiltene district in Latvia) to the identification of possible solutions. At the same time, it is also important to properly communicate the invitation in relation to the addressees and report on it appropriately.
