Inquiry and tender documentation

According to the fifth paragraph of Article 49 of the ZJN-3, in the tender documentation for the first phase (collection of applications and establishment of DPS), the client must define at least the type and estimated quantity of the intended purchases (the subject of the public procurement) and indicate the possible division into categories of goods, works or services and their characteristic. Later, in individual requests, the subject for each request is defined precisely.
