Conducting negotiations

ZJN-3 does not contain provisions that would regulate the negotiation protocol more precisely, but clients can provide for it in their internal act. The provider or providers with whom the client intends to negotiate must also be informed of the protocol, which may differ from negotiation to negotiation. The law also does not specify how the client must draw up the minutes of the negotiations and what their content should be. However, the client must inform the participating providers of the number of rounds of negotiations or inform them before the last round of negotiations.
